Drake lost $20,000 betting on UConn Monday night after the Huskies defeated San Diego State 76-59, as he didn't quite nail the team's eventual margin of victory.
The Canadian rapper placed two massive bets on the winners, as he shared with his 134 million Instagram followers hours before the game.
Drake bet $250,000 on the Huskies winning the game by 6-10 points, and also placed $100,000 on them winning the game by at least 11 points.
The first bet would have paid out $1.085million, while the second landed him $230,000 and made it so he almost broke even.
It's far from the first time Drake has placed big-money bets on a sports final.
Back in December, he placed $1million on Argentina to beat France in normal time in the World Cup final.

That bet failed as the match finished level at 2-2 at the end of 90 minutes at the Lusail Stadium, before Argentina won on penalties.
After that, Drake set his sights on the Super Bowl in February, where he hit on just one of his seven bets.
He correctly predicted that the Chiefs would win the game, winning $1.477million from that pick after wagering $700,000.
However, none of the rest of his bets worth a remaining $265,000 were successful.
The rapper put down $50k each on Patrick Mahomes and Juju Smith-Schuster scoring the first Chiefs touchdown (for betting purposes, the correct answer was Travis Kelce) while he also bet the same amount on the Chiefs winning both halves.
Furthermore, he placed another $30k on the Chiefs winning each quarter, while he bet $25k that Travis Kelce would be named Super Bowl MVP and $60k that the award's winner would be a tight end.
