Attack on Titan has released a new graphic in anticipation of the last season’s second half. The show is now in the second half of its fourth season, which will also be its final season, and will premiere on January 9, 2022. The new aesthetic has Eren Jaeger, the show’s protagonist, surrounded by fractals on the right side. These fractals comprise images of key personalities and pivotal occasions in Eren’s life, leading up to the conclusion of his trip in Final Season Part 2. With episode 76, “Danzai,” or Judgement, kicking off the last stretch of episodes, there’s bound to be a lot to look forward to.
Attack on Titan is an anime based on Hajime Isayama’s manga of the same name. The last season is being produced by MAPPA, with Jun Shishido as the chief director and Yichir Hayashi as the director. Hiroyuki Sawano, Kohta Yamamoto, and Masafumi Mima will create the highly regarded music for the show this season, with Masafumi Mima serving as sound director.
Attack on Titan debuted in 2013 as a post-apocalyptic story about Eren Jaeger, a young man who lived in a world where the last of humanity resided in a walled town protected from the huge humanoid Titans. Eren, on the other hand, seeks vengeance after watching a Titan murder his mother.
The show has become a dark dream, with Jaeger taking on the role of an antihero. Part 2 of the last season will begin up just where part 1 left off, with Eren’s goal to sterilize the Eldians, a race of individuals capable of becoming Titans, and so totally destroy the Titans. Eren and his pals have always been the show’s core, and it will most likely come down to the three of them, despite his current alienation of Mikasa and Armin. If this new image hints at anything, it appears to underline the significance of all the people and experiences that have shaped Eren into the man he is now, especially his greatest friends.
